The romance between Texas contest judge David R. Jones and Biglaw partner Elizabeth Freeman has been intense controversy that re -records nails. Jackson Walker insists it acted properly after learning the relationship.
Now it seems that the case is on its way to trial.
Jackson Walker and the American confidant were in mediation in an attempt to resolve the matter. Yesterday, July 15 at 1 p.m. 17, the deadline judge Alia Moses was imposed on the mediation attempt. But the parts we couldn’t reach a deal.
As reported by Bloomberg Law, the mediation laced a month and was the first attempt at solution between the parties.
Retired Boston competition judge Joan N. Feeney monitored the mediation, which began on June 16. The company and the US administrator agreed to go into conversations after the hearing in May, when Moses said she had lost patience with judicial archives at the last minute.
It may not be surprise that the case could not be resolved outside the court. The sale of the scandal broke in 2023, it has been nothing but messy accusations and revelations. It would be heard if the biggest fall from the scandal settled quietly.
