HAT TIP: LJ’s Next Step Skype Room – posted by LJ
Happy Monday Dinarians!
This weekend has been exciting with LJ’s impromptu (unrecorded) call to his Skype Room on Saturday and again the more detailed joint call with LJ and the IQD Team’s Straight Talking Mike on Sunday (which was recorded – LINK).
Well, the excitement is spilling over for us here on Monday as you will see by the article below and accompanied by LJ’s comments!
Folks, it looks like those guys are tired of all of Maliki’s stall tactics which are solely designed to ultimately install him as another Dictator, and luckily the Iraqi people (and the World Community) are not standing for it!

The agreement of the political blocs on the final version of the Federal Court Act – ( THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ON MONDAY! )
BAGHDAD – Iraq News Network: announced Iraqi Parliament Speaker Osama Nujaifi on Saturday there is an agreement by the political blocs on the final version of the draft law of the Federal Court pointing to add new items to the law (THIS IS WHY IT DIDN’T GO THROUGH ON SATURDAY, THEY HAD TO ADD NEW ITEMS AFTER THE JUDICIARY WAS PASSED), in what was seen as the law is a quorum to vote on the law. A parliamentary source said that “Najafi said during a session of the House of Representatives of the 41 held today that the members of the Legal Committee and the representatives of the political blocs agreed on the final version of the draft law of the Federal Court,” noting that “has been adding new items to the law agreed by everyone.” The source added that “Najafi said that a quorum is a reason not to vote on the law that needs to be two-thirds of the members of parliament,” noting that “the decision of the House of Representatives to install absent attendees.” The lawmakers of the Coalition of state law walked out, led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki meeting of the Council of Representatives of 40 of the first legislative term of the year legislative third held in (13 December 2012) to protest was due to the lack of an added paragraph to the legal Supreme Judicial Council and the Federal Court with the postponement of the vote on the law last to Saturday. Noteworthy that the Iraqi Council of Representatives did vote on the draft legal Supreme Judicial Council, and the Federal Supreme Court more than once because of political differences on them.
