Baghdad (news) .. stressed President Jalal Talabani to be Ydharorh Constitution and the Convention on Arbil, and the points that came out of the eight meeting of Arbil – Najaf, basically resolving the political crisis, and called for political blocs to stop media campaigns and get away from the speech convulsive.
